The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The jaguar won't start, I can't pop the hood to jump the vehicle, I can't switch it into neutral and the wheels won't turn, so I can't just pull it out with out damaging other vehicles nearby. He stated on the website that it runs and it doesn't, since I found out these issues, I have called him 4 times and emailed him 3 times with no response and the shipment was booked almost two weeks ago!

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I made two trips to school to get the van.noone in the office new about the van he gave me no phone numbers to call to find out about the van i even called uships support trying to get a number for him because the number he his on uship is a phone service that asks for his number then when you put in the number he has listed it says invailid i sent him emails telling him no one knows about the van .last monday i tried again to pick it up.i finally after two weeks hr respond 3 hours later
