We had more than 5 drivers available within there timeframe. The pickup lady was never ready never answered any of my calls and was never in contact me with me through the phone or via email. This caused several conflicts with my drivers because the pickup was never ready. I am sorry we were not able to accommodate this shipment due to lack of communication and the lady at pickup never being ready. Thank you!
