I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We never received the required information to pick up and deliver this shipment. We requested pick up and delivery info on numerous occasions and Ingo would never send to us. He said he gave it to Uship, we do not always get that information correctly and have to verify pick up and delivery prior to sending a truck in to pick up. He would NOT verify it with us. Tried to explain, and even told him would cancel, he said we could pick it up this morning and then put a cancel in. WOW!!

Worst shipping company ever. First they lost my equipment, a large 10ft pallet...right.... Than, 3 weeks later they dropped it off like trash in front of our building with half missing and damaged parts without signing something. Customer support is treating you the same way they ship.....terrible imbecile. What a nightmare...stay away.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Had to call several times just to hear that somebody will call me back which never happened. After two weeks of nonsense we decided to cancel. Apparently they don't take this business serious enough where time line does matter.
