Well, how companies like this are allowed to operate is beyond me. I paid them $13000 in April 2008, and they couldn't do the job, but kept the money. Check out Better Business Bureau, they don't respond, don't answer phones, email. Looking at feedback, they have stupid excuses for just plain ordinary dishonesty. How positive feedback ends in the 90's is also beyond me. Their DOT and MC numbers don't give you any protection. Robert and Sherese, what kind of rubbish excuse have you got for this?

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider has given a profile on UShip that does not match the details available with government registration authorities. The MC number given on the profile does not exist, the MC number given in an email belongs to a company in Alaska. I have not been able to verify that the information given is anywhere near correct. A link given by the company to check their bonafides was "dead"

shipper had his plan,just looked for an excuse of unconfirmed MC number as reason for cancellation.Our MC number is boldly stated on our profile.
