Donald is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Very professional, responsible, very reliable and most importantly, he picks up his phone whenever I called him! He went out of his way to make sure the item was picked up as scheduled and kept me updated about everything from start to finish! I will do business with him any day!!!!! I know my stuff will be safe with him and it will reach me, in time!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved First, the shipper wanted Payment before delivery. It was not acceptable for me (Got ripped by another shipper this way, already).
Second, the shipper is not sure when he can pick the item up and can do the delivery. Even though the shipper agreed to the first condition (above), he is not very specific about the second. I am not very confident about doing business with him. Hence the cancellation. Response from PowerSeller: HI! This extremely rude and demanding shipper cancelled 3 days after accepting my bid. He didn't follow payments terms and was NOT scheduled for pick up. uShip sided with me and declined his request for his fee to be returned. Very rude and obnoxious people that don't pay go to the bottom of the list. Doesn't mean I won't provide service if they are patient...flexible means exactly that! don't call 5-10 times daily...let me work out the schedule with the pick up location. Be patient! thanks, Jim

Response from PowerSeller: Hello...Shipper cancelled w/o telling me...uShip denied his request for match refund because he's being unreasonable. This shipper insisted on preferencial treatment. ADVICE TO SHIPPERS: Service providers bid at the beginning, middle and others are last minute fill-ins and sometimes those get done the quickest. The best way to avoid confusion and misunderstandings is to ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BID ACCEPTANCE!!! PLEASE DON'T POST FLEXIBLE DATES WHEN YOU ARE FISHING LOWEST PRICE.THX, JIM
