The shipper did a good job with setting up the shipment with estes express, but estes was less than professional. They set up a pick up time, and arrived earlier than agreed. The driver was rude and left. I had to call the loading dock to speak with management to get the package picked up. Also noticed the shipping charge was $100 dollars cheaper than bid and found out that the money wasn't going to shipper but to uship. Didn't really understand how that all worked out
