There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved My terms and conditions state payment must be made before pick up. The shipper stated that a C.O.D could work. Also the shipper seemed upset that I do not have a contract. I told her that while some carriers may have that I do not. Also there seemed to be some confusion about how many pallets this could take and how to have the freight properly packaged. Therefore I would prefer the shipper receive proper attention from another carrier able to provide her with the service they desire

I stated that I would not pay upfront off the UHSIP site. He wanted me to pay at his website or a cashier check made out to him at pickup. I would not do it. There where no docs just a word doc with half the weight I requested a bid on. As a comprise I offered to pay C.O.D., as that was the only way I would pay off site. I did not understand why he wanted to use 4 pallets.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider No contract available. Wants me to pay outside of the uship site before pickup.

Shipper accepted bid not being able palletize shipment like asked before acceptance. Uship requires new users to take payment outside of their website.
