The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it IAA advertised this car as a, "roll & drive" to the shipper. Upon arrival, I could not load the car due to a tire rod and the rocker arm out on the front right tire. After multiple attempts, and getting a tow truck involved, the car was deemed unloadable.
