I'm Just thrilled to have found such a great company to ship my BabY Cribs. They picked up when they said Richard was very curteous. On my end and most importantly on the customers end. This was my first time using this type of online service and Jason made it a good one. He did not have electricity because of Hurricane Ike yet he still stayed in touch with me and made the deal go smoothly. His driver was very prompt and willing to work with me on drop off time. I would recommend his services even if you have to pay more to get him. Quick service and great people! Thanks

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver could not schedule delivery in to his route. I beleive he tried to work this in to the schedule. However, we needed our products to complete a project for a client, we rented a truck and picked them up ourselves. I would work with Jason in the future.

The shipper called me friday morning and asked if i could p/u on fri, I said no the bid was for the weekend. He said they are not open. He asked if could do on monday or tues i told him i would see what i could do. I called him back later on fri and told him that was not possible and that he should find another service provider. The shipper needs to read the whole bid before accepting it
