Tbe car got there 3 days later and I can understand a mechanical problem that cause a delay. I had to fly back without seeing the car when i was in LA for that. What i find extremely irritating are the facts that: 1. I called the drivers and the dispatch probably 50 times and did not receive a single call back - my only contact was to call Montway's main number and they could not get a hold of their drivers either 2. I asked for a return call from a manager for a discount but i am still waitin

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the assigned trucker's lack of communication. It is sometimes difficult for truckers to take or make calls while on the road. The trucker has been suspended and will be required to pass a customer service audit inspection in order to be reinstated.
