Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

I accepted a bid from HIGHSTRENGTHVANLINES. After the bid was accepted, within hours the company emailed me and attempted to extort more money for the shipment. This is fraud, they broke the initial contract with me. They wanted hundreds of dollars more. I refuse to be extorted, this is fraud. Stay Away from this company - Scam artists. They hook you on a low bid, then immediately make excuses to raise the price. They WILL NOT honor their original bid.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY - Don't believe me? Read the 21 cancellations (in 6 months). I am officially #22. They are a meses. They lack any basic communication skills, basically will NEVER return calls. TOO risky to waste your time with this service - a 100% BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Amazing service. These two were the best! I was extremely please with the outstanding service. The transported my best friend (my Pug). They treated here like the queen she is. They provided daily pictures and updates along the way.....The vehicle and transport was extremely pet friendly. The pick-up and delivery timing was 100% exact and on time. This was the best decision I made to transport my pet.....THANK A MILLION!!! Andrew

I refuse to be extorted, this is fraud. You need to return my service fees ASAP.
