I ATTEMPTED FOR MONTHS TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER ABOUT THE MOVE. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I PAID THE FEE ANYWAY AND DIDN'T ASK FOR A REFUND. I BASED OTHER SHIPMENTS
AT THAT TIME AS COMBINED SHIPMENTS TO REDUCE COST. I LOST MONEY FOR THEIR NON-RESPONSE AND NOW 6 MONTHS LATER THEY ARE
REQUESTING A CANCELLATION???
