No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accepted the bid on the 17th of July 2011. After leaving a couple of messages 1st choice deliveries called me back on the 19th of July at 8pm. The gentleman I spoke with explained that he made the bid with the intention of picking the refrigerator up with another shipment on I believe the 16th or 17th of July. Since I did not reply until just before the deadline for the bid I understand the shipment became a burden to him. He promised to call me on the 20th of July. When I had not heard from h

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped I also was unable to contact him over 2.5 hours of trying to email, call, and having left a few voice mails.

This shipper did not accept my bid until 2am in the morning,and wanted the shipment picked up at 9am that same morning,i did not know she accepted my bid till that same morning,and i immediately called her at 10am when i found out she accepted my bid,then she told me it was to late,so we never got to discuss any time for pick up,so i do not understand how she says i did not show up at agreed time.I said i was very sorry and i was still willing to pick up immediately,which was a few miles away.

Uship says they did not receive my e-mail,which i sent them proof of confirmation,that i did this delivery and not only was the customer satisfied she said she wants a chance to put it on u-ship,but the misunderstanding has prevented her from doing so.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time 1stchoicedeliveries did not pick up the furniture on the agreed upon day and has repeatedly rescheduled the pick up day and now I am in a huge bind because the furniture was supposed to be out of the home by last week and cannot wait any longer. I attempted to communicate with Rick but he was very unresponsive and always came up with an excuse as to why he could not pick up. This entire transaction has cost me time and money. Now I have to take more time off of work and go pick it up myself.

Joseph(the customer)Refused to reschedule,I think i had a very leggit reason for not picking up on the agreed dates,there was a hurricaine hitting directly where the pickup was scheduled,which was hurricaine Ida,i tried several times to communicate and reschedule the pickup,but the customer kept saying he did not receive my voicemails and e-mails which i have confirmation that they were sent.I am sorry for the inconvenience,but the safety of my crew and myself comes first.
