They treated everything with the utmost care and made sure I was completely happy where everything was before they left. I would recommend them most highly! Shipment was a "book it now" and it fell through. Another book it now that was a waste of time. Shipper should know if they want to move or not before listing, to avoid wasting everyone's time and also his own.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Vlad was prompt and very professional. Our move would have required us to actually make two moves; one move to a storage unit then about 2 months later another move from the storage unit to our new house. We have A LOT OF STUFF and it would have been too much hassle for us. We chose another local company that will pack everything one time into a trailer, store it for us at their facility and then deliver it to our new house in about 2 months. It was just much easier and less stress for us.

I explain to the customer, that his relocation consist from 2 different moves ( house - storage and in 2 months, storage -house). After he accept our bid, I did a visual in-house estimate and explain everything again, I was honest and follow our Uship agreement. Yesterday, he call me and apologize, but decide to cancel our agreement. John thanks for your warm wards and Good Luck with your move .

Looks like he is not sure, if he will use our services. Also, there is not enough customer information, that is why we are not comfortable with this customer and asking for a full refund of our deposit. Thanks, 1stMoving
