The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After clearing stating on the quote form the need for a phone call at the receiving end for estimated delivery time, this provider bid the shipment and after agreeing to our needed terms, stated no calls whatsoever. This came after an afternoon of waiting for their truck to show that never came....with no phone call. If you need to know where your shipment is at and have any idea of when it will arrive, use another carrier. "We do not make phone calls". Response from 1stClassShipping: The customer did not want to provide a pickup window for the LTL carrier nor work with us on the pickup.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment is at salvage yard and no one will provide BOL but shipper requires that and cuz of this they are not able to pick up the load. Response from 1stClassShipping: No one is on site for pick up to give the BOL to our drivers and load the pallet.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This is a 3rd party booking agent and not at all like the good experiences I have had with other shippers through Uship. In their contract, in which they want full payment up front, there is in the fine print a part informing that their driver will not call prior for pick up and not make any pick up arrangements. I need a normal shipper that can use a phone. This makes life easier for both the driver and people at the pick and delivery location. I have had drivers contact me that they are com

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider three attempts have been made and nothing but delays and more expenses are occurring. they sent the wrong truck, didn't have the right paper work and now need the items to be put on pallets and shrink wrapped. i have lost over $2,000 due to these inconveniences and now i am running out of time and money. please refund my payment asap so i can find another company.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This item was not fully crated and thus was not able to be shipped by common carrier. I was not fully aware that this is policy with common carriers. The service provider has agreed that there was a miscommunication on how the item is packaged. They have also agreed to a full refund once I cancel as per Uship policy.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved they haven't been able of picking up the package or giving estimated dates of pick up or delivery!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Contracts are to vague they do not lock in price and allow trucking co. to charge what they want, Also no provision for paying other than credit card
