This was my first time shipping my bike. I have to admit that i was very nervous. My bike has never been out of my possession since buying it a year ago. Denes was very straight forward with me and how the process works. I was comfortable from the beginning. Denes was very flexible with picking up and delivery my bike for me. I need my bike shipped back up to WA and the only company I will ever use is 1stclass4less. Not only did this company complete the job with ease they gave me peace of mind.

Huh!? What happend here? You delivered the bike, I paid for it, all as agreed to, all was good. I gave you positive feedback. Maybe it's the fact that you (the guy I talked to on the phone) is not the guy who picked up or delivered the bike. You must be a broker who is reselling jobs to other people. Shipper accepted bid to transport from San Diego, CA, then told me that he meant ND, we agreed that I move the bike from there then 2 days latter he told me that he wants to go with someone else to save a few dollars.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I was under the impression that i was requesting shipping service but this provider offers TOWING service. I reviewed the process and apparently i mistakenly thought that TOW AWAY meant tow to a trailer where it would be loaded. I now understand the mistake i made. I do not believe my trailer is adequate to tow my boat from Olympia to Anchorage.

USHIP has been asked by me and the shipper to change the reason for cancellation, as the shipper is not canceling because he did not feel comfortable with me, but because even though he accepted my bid for towing, he says he thought it meant putting it another trailer. !!!!!ALL BEWARE USHIP DID NOT HELP OR CARE!!!!!!

I understand your plans could change, but it looks bad on us when a shipment has to be canceled as uShip does not differentiate based on which party cancels the shipment, just punishes the transporter.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I didn't have a hard time understanding his reason at all. I simply asked the transporter what the latest pickup date would be in light of his breakdown, and this seemed to set him off. He was quite angry on the phone with me and said that he wasn't mad at me, but rather at other shippers and the fact that he was being delayed because of the breakdown. I'm perplexed that he say's he's not comfortable with me as I wasn't the one that was angry. And cheap? I simply accepted HIS bid!
