I never said a single negative thing about my experience with your company. uShip ranks 3 stars as "average" and 4 as "good", so I didn't realize anything less than a 5 star rating would be viewed as negative feedback. In my opinion your response does more to tarnish your reputation than the 3 stars I failed to give you.
