Professional people. There were issues with the trailer that came with the boat I purchased and they found someone to fix things up and the load was moving the next day. Very good experience.

We were asked to move an unsafe trailer, we pointed out rotten metal - they said "it's just surface rust". Once the brakes overheated we had no other choice but take the trailer to a repair facility where they confirmed our findings and rebuilt the trailer. We've spent a little more than a day without compensation waiting for the repairs to finish. A lot of our connected shipments got delayed due to the negligence of this shipper.

No Detailed Feedback Available I would reccommend 1st class 4 less to anybody. They were prompt, carefull with my bike and did exactly what they promised. Dennis was easy to work with and was MORE than fair on the price. I will use them again. I have been in trucking my entire life and appreciate a job well done in a real competive market. Thax Dennis!

It is amazing how people grade down on certain categories,bike was picked up and delivered in the time frame indicated, in fact, we are still within the time frame days after.Driver arrived as we said he would...???ALL YOUR CALLS&EMAILS were answered same day(unlike my calls to you)and you had advance notice before pick up and delivery.Your pick up contact demanded to copy my driver's license saying "what if you steal our bike?"-why would we start with a bike worth about a $1000???

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Went to pick up this boat and the trailer was unsafe to tow,the boat was supposed to be packed for the trip,it was not,we spent an hour packing it, taking pictures of the safety issues.Shipper agreed to get them fixed and provide me with a statement about the safety of the trailer.He did not provide it,just called me and demanded we pick up his boat right away.I offered him to send a truck right away,but he said the boat can't be picked up on Saturday,he wanted it Thu-Fri with no truck around.

Actually the boat was promised to be picked up a week earlier and was postponed for a week, which we were fine with. The trailer did pass a safety inspection. However, we still got the issue that you asked to be fixed fixed. We did provide you with a statement about the safety of the trailer via email. We did not demand anything. We were willing to work with you on a pickup time when you started yelling & calling the trailer and boat a "piece of shit," and then you hung up on me & canceled.
