I had to do nothing but talk to them on the phone. They were quick and professional, Driver was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Only thing I can see room for improvement was it would have been nice to get a notification call to confirm delivery time but this was a very small matter and the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. A++++

Customer did communicate. Customer did pay. Customer wasn't happy with 800 number I left him for Roadrunner Freight. They got the product to him on time from WA to his location on EAST COAST, but wasn't happy with Roadrunner's customer support. He never called me which I would of tracked for him to get an ETA.

I called SAIA up and said they need a later pickup window out there. I apologize. you haven't paid yet. I will cancel invoice. Please repost on USHIP. No carriers will get this. Believe the site manager in HOOKS, TX should be fired.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Having troubles with Shipper setting up an accurate pickup time. Shipper is in and out of place and don't want to have any more broken promises with Mr. Davis who booked this shipment with us. I am not comfortable with the pickup person. Don't have time to work on his schedule with our driver. I apologize for the inconvenience. Mr. Davis hasn't paid so no refund will need to be issued.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment In spite of ad specifically stating that the pumps are not strapped, the provider accepted and booked with a trucker who will not transport loose goods.
Response from 1psi:
I didn't realize product would be loose at time of pickup. I wouldn't transport it due to the product getting damaged during transit if I did pick it up. In my notes, I have product must be secured to pallet, boxed, or crated. The shipment didn't have any of this.
