The shipment was delivered on time, and in "as loaded" condition. The service provider,

was very experienced, innovative in solving special loading requirements and cooperative to work with. I was satisfied with the competitive price and the experienceof working with Kraig Church.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
His truck could not carry my boat. He apologized and offered to refund my deposit and offered to pay me an additional $100 for my troubles. He also offered to ship later in the following month for the same money with the correct equipment. Assuming Kraig follows through with the refund and compensation, and I have no doubts he will, I'd use him again as his price was fair and he showed to the pickup point on time.
