this customer was having a bad day week month year and life my driver was having truck trouble i called the customer and said i could come the following day to drop off she insisted get it here for me please today i told her i have a pick up i could use the item would be wrapped up when in transport she agreed she even told the guys great job then she later insist since it was not transported in a bobtail could she get more than half refunded i disagreed and she blew her top god bless =)
