We are a family owned shipping company and have been transporting and moving goods for over 10 years for boat,trailer,bike,furniture, manufactures and dealers.In late 2006 we were searching for new ways to maximize our truck loads.Found USHIP and opened our first sight in 07. With the increase of business, came growing pains.To maintain the high standards to our customers,we opened our second sight in 08 to preserve the quality of that service our customers deserve.Our fleet of trucks and trailers can handle most shipments. We carry 100k full replacement Insurance at no extra charge. We are a legal provider and take pride in the services that we provide for our clients. MAY WE BE OF SERVICE TO YOU! I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper's initial uShip response on 11/9 said he'd pickup 11/10 or 11/11. Called him on 11/11, and he said he just got the notice, and couldn't pick it up until Friday 11/13. Told him I'd see if that would work, and call him back. Called him twice, 11/11 and 11/12, and no reply or response from him at all. So I need to cancel this one, and start again.

I gave him my apology for the mixup. We had a new person booking this shipment and they had posted the pick up to be at the delivery.I contacted shipper of the mixup and gave him a new pu time.Told me he would call me right back to confirm. Still waiting for the call. Sorry you had to start over.

Overall the service was okay. Tony was very nice but issue was communication. Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with Tony(ex. return call). This caused me to be without my property for more than 10 days-partly due to provider being ill, but I incur some additional expenses. I feel that I should have been compensated(like maybe a return of part of the fee ($25-50 maybe). Good shipper if you are not in a rush for your items.

We apologiesed for being late. I did not have direct contact with her ,for one day. But left her and all my other customers a Text Msg or Email,stating that in a Motel with the Flu and phone will be off for a day to rest.All my other clients had compassion and understading for the 1 Day delay.

The shipment posted was picked up and unloaded with out any issues.I Picked up another 6 copiers in FT Worth.They where not ready for pu as stated.I spent 5 hrs getting them out of the basement.PU up 3 more copiers in Omaha.He told me they would roll up the ramp. Copiers where hudge,heavy and the wheels would not line up the ramp.Had no help for the guy at deliver rolled them out and then left after signing for them.Baby sat them friday night til I got some help next day.This Rating Uncalled for

Response from lusmove09: I'm not sure what that means, HOWEVER my items were picked up on 10/26, to be delivered within a week. Items were not delivered until 11/06. This created a problem because my son was suppose to assist me in moving items.The service provider advised that he would bring someone along to help move items - which he didn't. Then he asked that I not leave any negative response on the website. I would suggest to get things in writing because I think provider is forgetting some of the facts.
