After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I have been waiting for several months for services to be rendered and service provider has been unresponsive to email to schedule a pickup & delivery date. Initially the service provider asked for a few weeks cushion due to some other deliveries he had to make. This was acceptable but he has made no effort to fullfill the services after this time has passed and is not responding to my email.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The service provider Joseph Effland communicated poorly and after failing to pick up the item now claims that the bid was to low. The provider accepted the contract several months ago and miss-represented himself as he never indicated that he required more funds to provide the agreed upon service. I have wasted several months waiting patiently for my item to be shipped and will now have to find another provider. Joseph Effland is dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional in every sense.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
We had to mutually cancel the shipment because we were pressured with time and the hauler couldn't accomodate.

It has been two onths now and the camper has not been deliverd. Called the last contact phone number and it is no longer in service. I need info on 1highroller to report theft of my camper. Please provide all information you have to me so I can report to the police. Last contact from Joe he tried to get me to pay the remainder of shipping fee before camper was delivered.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
While Tawa was very nice I had to call him several times to find out what happened. It was an unfortunate scheduling conflict that just was unable to be resolved.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The provider said they would pick up my tv and ship it this past week. First they said they would pick it up Sunday and said something came up. Monday they said they could pick it up in the evening and didn't show up. Then we planned a scheduled pick up for 7pm Wednesday night. Then at 11pm on Wednesday night I got an email saying he had a dispute with Uship and was choosing not to ship my tv.
