1 Truck, 1 trailer, 2 drivers. 26K gross 24' box truck. 1-24'X80" wood deck 8K Cap open trailer, loads can be covered if needed. Our drivers operate in the 70Hr/8 day schedule requiring 34Hrs off duty every 70Hrs logged. At times a trip may run long due to several reasons. Over 20 years packing, loading, moving experience. Courteous, safe, prompt drivers take care of your shipping needs. We carry furniture pads, dollies furniture carts, and ramps to make loading/unloading your items easier. All commercial shippers are required by law to carry at fault cargo insurance, and motor vehicle liability insurance. We will be happy to fax you copies of our commercial insurance policy stating the coverage amounts. We have all seen pictures of trucks, trailers, and all kinds of loads. Our pictures are of our actual trailers, the rest are cool race machines, and a sunset off the Florida Keys. Our feedback shows we get the job done. ;-)Thanks

Good shipper, all arrived as promised, good contact, great service for a price so cheap. I told shipper to take as much time as they needed, and the flexibility worked fine for both of us. My little eBay table's journey appeared to be partly subsidized by all the really expensive stuff they were hauling - always makes you feel safer when you realize that others have entrusted shipper with $50-100K of stuff! But I got treated as just as important as the big customers.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service Provider cannot fit this delivery on his schedule until the end of July or beinning of August. About 10 to 15 days have passed since booking, Service Provider asked for full payment of balance in advance through PayPal, and I accepted because arrangements were made through uShip. Your job held up 18 others! We lost jobs due yours not being ready. Proper truck with hitch was ready, but your items were not! Now trying to get our account suspended! Why not just say it was your fault, and let it go. 80% for round trip, not 2 mile detour. Should have been 100% extra! Thanks to us for trying to give you a discount! There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipping provider did not perform as agreed. Pick up was scheduled for Tuesday July 7th. As of Saturday July 11th, I have no idea when they will pick up. On Tuesday July 7th I receveid a call saying that pick up was changed for Wednesday July 8th. On Wednesday July 8th, they left a voice mail saying that "they will let me know when they will be able to pick up". Trailer pick up captain in Bahamas with other boat. Box pick up ready anytime. Boat pick up contact calls back once a week, then 5 times that day. Lost other jobs due to this one not being ready. 2 pick ups and 1 drop off turned into 3 pick ups, and 2 drop offs. Customer missed pick up window. Made other truck available, agreed to pay extra, then wanted to renegotiate. Our round trip price still less than others one way! Response from pepepon27: Trailer available with instructions at Marina; problem was that coupler was larger than those of shiper's trucks. Boat at Marina with all proper instructions, "pick up contact" was the seller whom I asked to help in the process, and claims exactly the opposite as per phone calls. It was only 1 additional pick up: 2-MILE DETOUR. Drop off was 2 different windows at same place = 1 DROP OFF. Voluntarily offered compensation, shipper waited 'till last minute: 80% overprice for a 2-Mile Detour, fair?

There were several windows for most items last week, but only one day fit everything, this coming Monday. Organizing many schedules is what we do best. Was not aware that DAS did not accept heavily modified vehicles. One support staff at DAS said not over 6'6", another said up to 7', but no other mods. Called in to DAS to cancel, now need to cancel via Uship. Thanks!
