1 Truck, 1 trailer, 2 drivers. 26K gross 24' box truck. 1-24'X80" wood deck 8K Cap open trailer, loads can be covered if needed. Our drivers operate in the 70Hr/8 day schedule requiring 34Hrs off duty every 70Hrs logged. At times a trip may run long due to several reasons. Over 20 years packing, loading, moving experience. Courteous, safe, prompt drivers take care of your shipping needs. We carry furniture pads, dollies furniture carts, and ramps to make loading/unloading your items easier. All commercial shippers are required by law to carry at fault cargo insurance, and motor vehicle liability insurance. We will be happy to fax you copies of our commercial insurance policy stating the coverage amounts. We have all seen pictures of trucks, trailers, and all kinds of loads. Our pictures are of our actual trailers, the rest are cool race machines, and a sunset off the Florida Keys. Our feedback shows we get the job done. ;-)Thanks

Not personnel reasons, account suspended, & WHY? Trailer was supposed to be ready with hubs recently serviced & was not. Parts had to be ordered, could not wait. YOU were supposed to have parts here when we returned on 8-19 & did not. 3 more times you said you would order & did not. Finally told you to pick up your boat. Your fault parts not ordered, lets be honest here. Why bash us more, & we only tried to help you? In FL hubs rust up in weeks, not years. 07 trailer not serviced reg.

-Mattress delivered, communication pretty good. -Late picking up the mattress causing a lot of additional problems on my end. -Late dropping off the mattress due to other shipments that continually delayed my shipment. -Said mattress was wrapped well but it wasn't at all other than the packing I put it in. I understand that this is a cause and effect business but customer service needs to come in at some point. Continuously hearing that other deliveries are more of a priority than mine go

It was wrapped in blankets. The fellow that helped us remove it from the truck had seen it was wrapped in blankets. He even helped unwrap the comforter, and top cover pad. Every job is equally important. We drove from North of Tampa to Naples only to deliver your mattresses when other jobs (sea night boat) continuously held trip up. That is customer service to the end even with account suspended. Sea Night job still has not paid even with Sheriff intervention. No $, no delivery...

My experience with John and Jeanne was excellent. Concise communication, with no misshapes what so ever! After they were in route I changed the destination of the delivery by eighty miles John delivered to my new address without hesitation. Thanks John! I will be using him for future shipments!

Even though they were having difficulties with several customers and uShip, John was wonderful! We had some unanticipated repairs needed on the boat trailer and he did not hesitate to authorize "whatever is necessary for safe travel". And paid for the transport and repairs promptly. He was great to work for and we would not hesitate to work with/for him again.

Service was completed and was pleased on how it was delivered, there was also a trailer with a boat and helicopter on it that was being delivered and was in process of delivery, I was patience enough to wait for my delivery because i know it does take a while to transport things from one side of the country to another, i will happy to recommand to friends and family the service from terry, john and the whole family, thanks for emailing me and calling me about the details of the shipment

Customer agrees, and it would be best to cancel at this point. Customer will get full refund of Uship fees, and deposits paid. Account suspended does not make us liars. We say parts needed, they are needed. You said you would order, but never did, main reason we said come get it. Good Day Sir. Response from maretlyle: Boat purchased with 2007 trailer. That was all I knew. Shipper took 13 days to pick up trailer then said bearings and brakes were bad.(?) I said "fix it" July 17th. They said they had no time but would do repair when they returned from delivery. Returned August 28th! (Friday) and they wanted parts to fix. Ordered parts from Bill at "Expeditor" that day. Monday Bill called and said could not deliver as shipper would not call back to confirm order. Email arrived Sept. 01 to move the boat. So I did
