We were plagued by little glitches throughout our relationship. It didn't bother Ron and he made me feel confident that he was in control. He would greet each glitch with a "no sweat it will all work out", and it did. Right down to a final glitch at our destination. I only heard a solution from Ron. Dependable, personal, old fashioned service is what I got at a very reasonable rate. If Ron were a hotel, I would rate him a 5 star. Jim
