Shipper booked my car to be shipped and I never heard from him again, called, sent emails left a message without response for 5 days till my car missed the cutoff date. It was a horrible experience but he later sent a text that he broke his ankle.

trucks were delivered to baltimore port 3 trucks and a trailer which trailer was not part of deal all three trucks were very dangerous to drive but were driven by experinced drivers so the made it there lights were not working and bald tires and overall were in pretty bad shap i lost three of my drivers do to your trucks who quite on me but they got the trucks there that tells you alot about these drivers it ended costing alot of money to have drivers stay overnight in hotel

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Tried contacting the service provider for 72hr And did not get a response. Called ,text, email, but no Response. I don't feel comfortable with him anymore.

this gentle man needs to understand that when he puts my driver at risk with trucks that would never pass dot i take that very seriously and when i refuse to do the balance of his work until he paid us and assured the other two trucks were dot ready he comes to our office and threatens to kill us so we had him aressted
