The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The dates kept getting pushed back. I'm now out money because I had to pay for storage and had to move my boat from the marina. I cannot get in touch with 1965reed, so I need to book with another company. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I HAD FIVE OR MORE ATEMP IN CONTACT FOR SHIPMENT HE DOE NOT PICKUP THE JETSKI I'AM LOOKING A NEW SHIPPER AND I'AM STARTING TO PAY STORAGE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEN PICKUP LAST WEEK AS HE PROMACE PLEASE TAKE MY DEPOSIT AND APLY TO NEXT SHIPPMENT I WISH TO TALK TO SOME IN YOUR OFFICE IN PERSON THANK YOU DEAN BECHER Response from 1965Reed: Lie lie lie went to pick up boat and it was locked behind a secured gate. The person who was to meet me never showed on a saturday. All contact phone numbers given were not answered.customer wanted me to wait untill monday requiring two nights in a hotel at no additional componsation. Totally unrealistc an unfair.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pick up was supposed to happen on Wednesday, never happened and no call. I called voicemail it was full, had to text and finally got message back saying he broke down and he would pick up Friday, never any times given, but he was supposed to be 1 hour out and never called or showed up. He finally got in touch and never offered an excuse but said he would pick up on Saturday. I waited all day Saturday and he didn't show up. Sunday I got a message saying his son had an asthma attack and he would p Response from 1965Reed: I was traveling with my son who had a severe asthma attack. I notified the customer and told her I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled for 3 days later on a sunday but could not give a definite time for pick up as I had to pick up a boat prior to picking up her dog.
indicate is the pick up would be quite late. we arrived in her town at 2 am in the morning I called at least 20 times with no answer. I wish I could have waited till amore reasonable hour but I needed to maintain schedule.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was not completed due to the fact Michael Reed never picked my boat up! He agreed to transport my boat from NY to FL on Nov 2 and told me that he'd be to get it within a week. When I checked with him every time after that he had another excuse along with another date that he would pick up the boat. It is now Nov 23 and he has yet to pick up my boat. Mr Reed has now stopped answering my calls and will not return any of them either. I tricked Mr Reed by calling from another number a Response from 1965Reed: I did show up the boat was at a junk yard and the new owner had purchased it from a online auction. The boat had severe hull damage which would have cost thousands to repair. After loading the boat I called the owner and describe the damage. He ask me to return it to the salvage yard which is exactly what I did. The purchaser seemed extremely happy with my services and even mailed me a 300 dollar check for my troubles. You gotta look hard to find someone as honest as I am.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Delay after delay caused this cancellation Response from 1965Reed: On almost all of my quotes I list pick up within 14 days off bid acceptance. apparently this shipper overlooked those very important facts. The shipper purchased the boat from an individual who was leaving the country for the winter 3 days after he accepted my bid. I tried my best to accommodate him but it was impossible without jeopardizing other customers who did read my scheduling dates and already obtained cast in stone pick up times. Sorry .

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Please see complaint filed they never picked up boat .... Response from 1965Reed: we did show up to pick up this gentleman boat. it was wider have your and longer than he listed. at the pick up we had to pass on the transport to do his misrepresentation. as we always have the customer's best interest in mind we were able to locate another transporter who completed the transport for this gentleman at the amount that was to us on you ship. I am appalled by the fact that he is reporting negative comments. we are the only ones harmed in this transaction we lost money due to him.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved due to several mechanical problems the transporter was unable to take my shipmentin the time frame I needed. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with the shipper on Friday and was told the boat would be picked up on Monday night. I have emailed, texted, and called to leave a message (mailbox was full, could not leave a message) to finalize the details with no luck. Good communication between the shipper and customer is paramount and this company does not possess it. Response from 1965Reed: WHEN I QUOATED THIS SHIPMENT I LISTED PICK UP WITHIN 14 DAYS. YHE SHIPPER CONTACTED ME AFTER ACCEPTING BID DEMANDING SHIPMENT IMMEDIATLY. I REARANGED OUR ENTIRE SCHEDULE TO ACCOMIDATE THIS MAN. WE AGREED ON A 5PM PICK UP MY FATHER WHO IS OUR SECOND DRIVER WAS FIVE MILES FROM THE DESTINATION HAVING COFEE AWAITING 5PM. IN THE MEANTIME MY BRAND NEW DROID PHONE BLACKED OUT I WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR TWO HOURS. THE CUSTOMER JUMPED THE GUN AND CANCLED . HE EVEN CALLED ME AND APPOLOGIZED.
