Not the greatest. Pressured me into accepting his bid under "I'm in that area tomorrow" Then didn't pick up the item for a week. Then Delievered about a week past when he said he would. Item was a removable top from an old Bronco. He transported it upside down, and now there's 2 sizeable dents on the roof. Communication is very limited, and it doesn't come from his end. you have to call him repeatedly. No explanations as to why he is late.

This is about as untrue as it gets. This top was purchased from a salvage yard sight unseen. When we arrived l immediately called Sean to report the poor condition. His response was he only paid 100 just don't break the glass which we didn't . The top was transported upside down on 4" of foam and delivered undamaged. Sean was nowhere to be found upon delivery for inspection or payment. The top was left in his driveway ON FOAM! Undamaged. Reaching sean for pmnt was a nightmare. Not a good guy!

I feel absolutely horrible James did nothing but patiently wait for his boat. We were extremely overbooked and on of my key drivers became ill. I decided to sublet the job which was a huge mistake. The transporter picked the boat up on time and did deliver 1 month late. I'm sorry Jim. This will never happen again we will never loose control of on of our shipments again. ALL TRANSPORTS WILL BE DONE BY MYSELF OR MY FATHER FROM FLT. Again sorry Jim . Please look at our previous feedbacks.

Boat arrived safe without any damage. Had some minor scheduling issues as expected to work around the holiday, but entire transaction was completed successfully. Reed was also very accomodating to move pickup and delivery dates as needed after the auction, and assisted me to test drive boat and change registration numbers, worth tipping for job well done. Was also very polite and pleasant to work with.

Is this guy serious? The method of transport was discussed in great detail before bid acceptance. His only concern was that the glass not be broken and wasn't. The top was purchased unseen from a salvage yard for $100 upon pickup up we advised of the poor condition. The top was still handled with care transported on 4" of foam. Zero damage from us. Sean was unavailable for delivery or inspection for days. Top was left at residence ON FOAM! payment was a nightmare. He bought junk!! Stay away!!

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper booked with me and things seemed to be running smoothly. The shippers truck experienced issues and was held up which then created a scheduling conflict that could not be resolved. Communicating with Mike was tricky but he was polite and truly sorry for the problem.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Unbelievable experience with this guy. After fouling up the initial pick-up in Tampa, he described some unfortunate story about wrong address and a promise he made to some other client to deliver a jetski in time for a family reunion, etc. which I accepted. When he failed to perform after 2 weeks, all the while not answering phone calls from me, I texted him that I was canceling at which point he called immediately assuring me that his guy 'Tommy' would have it delivered within 24 hrs.

After accepting the shipper's bid, I failed to notice that the shipper was going to drive my vehicle and not haul it on a trailer. The problem; I just bought the truck and have no idea if it will make the 19/hr journey.
