A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper booked with me and things seemed to be running smoothly. The shippers truck experienced issues and was held up which then created a scheduling conflict that could not be resolved. Communicating with Mike was tricky but he was polite and truly sorry for the problem.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period under additional information on original application to uship, I specified that pick up was to be between the last week of oct 2012 and the first week of nov 2012 and not the time frame outlined by the provider of seven days after booking wich would make it sept 2 2012.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Unbelievable experience with this guy.
After fouling up the initial pick-up in Tampa, he described some unfortunate story about wrong address and a promise he made to some other client to deliver a jetski in time for a family reunion, etc. which I accepted. When he failed to perform after 2 weeks, all the while not answering phone calls from me, I texted him that I was canceling at which point he called immediately assuring me that his guy 'Tommy' would have it delivered within 24 hrs.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I gave Mike all the chances I could to perform twice. We are over a week late now with numerous excuses given. Now a no show on the agreed day and time with no calls back or replies to numerous emails over the past few days. Time to move on. No confidence.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This is my first time on uShip. After accepting the shipper's bid, I failed to notice that the shipper was going to drive my vehicle and not haul it on a trailer. The problem; I just bought the truck and have no idea if it will make the 19/hr journey. When I purchased the truck, (My Dad found it in Florida) he made several engine fixes and didn't think it was a good idea for me to fly down and drive it back to NY without really knowing the History of the truck. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Mike Reed did not pick up the boat on the agreed date and time. Has also scheduled another individual to pick up the boat. I was under the impression that he was picking the boat up himself. Also, the seller did not feel comfortable releasing the boat after conversations with Mike.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The shipper was nearly impossible to reach and then the deal for the boat purchase fell through. I no longer need the shipper to ship. I paid in full on uship, did not give the shipper any codes..will I get the 90% refunded to my credit card?

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried repeatedly over several days to reach this shipper, using both telephone numbers he provided to UShip and the email address he provided. One phone message service said that his mailbox was full and not receiving any others. It is imperative that I pin down the arrangements for my boat as I am about to leave Florida and must give detailed instructions (including money) to the marina at this end that will supervise the loading of the boat.
