The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider did not honor contract on dates to be picked up. it has been 8 days and it still has not been picked up.. And now it cant be picked up .. The person where it is to be picked up is gone now for 3 weeks now , I will have too wait a month to get my car .. I am very unhappy about their inconsideration. Don

No Detailed Feedback Available The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I could not to this because now he wants someone with a DOT / MC #. And now he also wants it to go to a Port, Which I can not get into. And I could have still took it there to the outside of the gate, which have been picked up there. But its fine, So this was a great deal for him. But hope we can do besiness some other time. Sorry you wont let me do this load. But I could have. So hope you find someone to do this for you. Thanks again.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was unaware the the person at the pick up location was going to be out of town on the agreed upon pick up date. Fortunatly, this did not create a huge problem on my end and this can be taken care of by another provider.
