I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. These folks are good time wasters...we called no less then six timews over 48 hours before attempting to pick this up,also left messages...we have not had our calls answered or our messages returned....we dont plan to sit or drive around Phoenix for days for fun in case we happen to bump into the guy selling the bike...let them do it themselves.

I told him that the guy I bought the bike from off ebay didn't get good cell service. His driver called me and said he had tried to reach him for 2 days and couldn't, so I told him the same thing, the guy doesn't get good cell service and that he was home all day, all he had to do was go to the address he was givin and pick up the bike. If you don't have cell service your not going to get your messages neither. I'm only 1 of 175 cancellations!! Not good business!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period What a joke!! This guy was told the man with the bike did not get cell service were he lived. His driver called me and said he couldn't reach him and I told him they were home all day, that was the last contact with I had until this cancellation request. I would not recommend this guy to nobody!!
