The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The car was a non running vehicle. To the customers credit I do not think he was aware of this.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider clearly stated pick up within 5 days. I have not received one phone call or email. When I called two days ago they said they have no idea when they can get a driver out there. It has been longer than the 5 days advertised in beginning. They also tried to increase the price 100.00 and wanted another deposit via credit card which I refused. I also want a refund credited to my credit card through uship.com

Let me tell you, Mark keeps you informed of everything along the way. He DOES NOT dodge your calls like others do. Mark picked up when he said he would and even waited a whole day on the shipper to show up. Mark then told me about when he would arrive and texted me the day before. I told him I prefer early morning and he changed his schedule to get it to me early am. Mark I am so pleased with your service. And thank you for the fresh produce, pineapples etc. that you gave to me and my family!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was contacted seconds after I accepted the bid and he answered the phone and said they would be picking up the bike on Monday or Tuesday. I have called them each day up until today which is Wednesday. I called this morning and this evening stating that it is ok if they cannot do have it to my by thursday as long as they COMMUNICATE.
