A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm having trouble with my truck so could not pick up shipment

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accepted the bid last week. The company asked to pick up the piano on Wednesday, to which I agreed. Due to mechanical problems, the pick up did not happen and it was rescheduled for Thursday evening. However, the driver was running late. He did not call me, I had to call him to find out. We rescheduled for 6:30 a.m. Friday but the driver did not show up and did not notify. I was then promised that the pickup would occur Sunday afternoon. The driver was unable to make it at the scheduled time

We try very hard to make everything we accept go as smooth as possible, unfortunately we were not able to pick up your piano, If you every need anything shipped in the future,please send me a bid request personally and If I am in your area I will pick it up and make it up to you, an Old school promise.
