We are happy with the communication from the dispatcher. However, we were disappointed when the driver did not call as requested prior to arrival to ensure we had enough staff to help load. By the time they arrived, our staff had already left for the day and I had to help the driver and driver's helper load the truck!. Overall, we are pleased with the service. Teh product reached the final destination.
