The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Didn't Show Up. Didn't Answer Phone Calls. Didn't Offer Apology. Finally got a hold of them - they said they couldn't make it today - they also said they knew the day before they couldn't make it, but didn't let me know, which would have been helpful to me. Highly unprofessional people, and when I tried to work with them and come up with solutions to appease both parties, they became non-responsive, only emailing to say they were busy and couldn't talk on phone. Worst people ever. Response from kduvick: After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I tried working with this person for a move date that worked for both of us. I was verbally assaulted over the telephone, called names, and belittled. I apologized that I was unable to do this on the date he requested, he then called me 9x's in 1/2 an hour leaving rude and condescending VM's. This is a very self centered and entitled human.
