A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer cancelled within contract time frame resulting in $75 cancellation fee. When working with brokers and budget rates, we require an open time frame for pick up. Of course we will do our best to work a customer schedule, but we can only commit to the price given. This customer wanted delivery on a certain day, the 21st, which makes this pick up date first available the 18th since this is only a 2 day trip. We actually had multiple carriers that wanted your shipment but was always a day off

The power transport rating by uship sold me. They were very clear and delivered as they said they would (Chicago to Florida), in 3 days. The driver Ivan is a good guy. Hard working and put up with my nagging questions and edgy attitude bc I had been burned twice before on uship. I will use montway for the return car shipment back to chicago. Beware of other transporters with a high average review. Read into the reviews and you can see which companies self inflate their average with fake reviews.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am a physician. I had a prior carrier accept the shipment bid 3 months prior to a target delivery date of 12/21/2013. As early December came by, he forgot about the shipment and was unable to fulfill the order. On 12/9/2013, TruckitTrans quickly accepted the new bid I had requested to ship my car from Chicago to Florida. They tried to find a carrier to fulfill the delivery. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I called the shipper, Tony, to remind him of a previously agreed pickup date on 12/15-12/16 and exact delivery date of 12/21, in Florida. He said he "didn't see or know that the delivery had to be on 12/21," and thus we agreed to cancel.

Mixed feelings. Their business is coordinated by their mother Cindy, out of Minneapolis. The workers, daughter and her boyfriend, are hard working. They tried to charge me an arbitrary $100 because I did not mention a large mirror and miscounted boxes (1 bdrm apt). Customer was very impatient/inconsiderate. He already knew when we bid his lot that we need somewhere to store items. He had not mentioned several things, I understand why the previous company he hauled to move the stuff into storage refused to bring it to him. Would not ship another item for this customer, very rude to leave a neutral comment when we worked in 90 degree weather with humidity and still got it to him in a reasonable amount of time. Also we can't charge cards it was paid on uship.
