Engine showed up damaged. Looks like it was hit with a forklift. Filed an insurance claim but was advised there's a $500 deductible before I can be paid. So if damages were $800, I'd have to pay them $500 first. Not a good deal.

Can't believe how easy this was. This guy was right on top of everything and let me know what was going on at each point of the pickup and drop off. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Steve for your great work on this shipment.
