After informing customer of the conflict initially, I was told other arrangements were being made. Unfortunate incident, but was out of my control.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I am not able to reach the service provider with the number listed. It says number is disconnected. Sent an email as well..no response to my email also.
