I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Would not fit in trailer Very wide not long I was thinking all four had caster wheels that would turn long way Need to have caster wheels on all four that would turn need show pictures of the hole unit Not just one corn with caster wheel

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer listed the correct sizes. However, our trailer was large enough. We are 32"x8.5. Interior is 8' wide. His shipment was 87" wide. The problem came at the trailer wheel wells, we were 2" to narrow. We could have put the item at the back of the trailer. We had an enough straps and blankets to protect and secure the item. We also had cross bars and wheel chocks to secure the load from shifting. The customer was dead set against any suggestion and/or idea. We are now in New Jersey.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item was described very clearly in our posting as is able to only roll in One Direction. The service provider failed to actually read the description of our shipment prior to accepting and booking this shipment. They were full of suggestions of how we could weld things and change the fabrication of a $10,000 unit to fit onto their trailer which was way too small and under equipped to handle anything of this magnitude.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper showed up here with a trailer that had 4 tie down points total for the entire load and already had a vehicle in it. Carrier failed to actual verify his trailer was large enough to fit our product on prior to bidding. This shipper is not what was represented at all.
