Service provider agreed to pick up shipment within 5 days and deliver within another 5 days. Shipment was booked on Dec 10, 2015. After one month, shipment has not been picked up and no contact has been made by the service provider to provide any updated information. Service provider has failed to do any part of the job that was agreed to do.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider said they would pick up shipment within 5 or 6 hours, called them back after agreeing on their bid and they said it would be no problem, but would be the next day before they could get it. Didn't hear from them for a day so called them back, and said they would be there in a few hours, they never showed up, have tried to call them, but no response. The carrier was polite, and kept up with the shipment, had constant updates, and deliverd the shipment when they said they would., thanks to them.
