Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I apologize to the customer. I received an email by uship on Thursday and explained o was broke down in the mountains and I couldn't receive a signal and to let the customer know I will pickup Tuesday because I blew a turbo in my truck and the parts will be here on Monday and I can pickup Tuesday and deliver Wednesday. I apologize and feel terrible about this.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have called the shipper and left numerous messages. To be exact, I left 3 messages and the fourth call I left no message and just hung up. I also sent the shipper 2 emails. The shipper has not responded to my phone calls or emails. Obviously the shipper does not want the business and does not even have the courtesy to return phone calls or emails. Sorry, I tried and have been very patient.
