The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider called and said he didn't have room for my shipment anymore. Very frustrating since I have a client waiting for their piece and it's been booked for a few days. Now I have to start all over. Wish he could have been more accurate from the beginning.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper didnt call ahead to schedule a time except for when he was an hour or two away. I was at the store and left my phone at home so shipper decided to proceed with his trip without coming by my house. I was only gone for two and a half hours and the shipper was already 160 miles away from my home. He told me he would come back for the shipment. However I received a call from his wife, not him, saying his transmission went out. This was by far one of the most unprofessional interactions with

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved HORRIBLE experience!!! They required the item to be palletized, professionally wrapped and 2 labels printed out. The reason why i use Uship is so the companies or people can do that for me. They tried to charge a 13% bogus fee on top of the remainding balance that uship said i had. Also, US dollars have to convert to CAN so it is more money out of your pocket. I obviously didnt have a pallet on hand nor a professional furniture blanket, so this needs to be cancelled.
