Customer did not understand the LTL Freight processes and could not decipher that we were the broker and not the carrier. Customer decided to leave us negative feedback for the carrier missing a couple pickups even though we kept working with the customer to solve the issues the carrier was having. Very disappointed in this customer.

Took forever to get this item picked up and got the runaround each time trying to coordinate with the pickup site and the carrier. The carrier was the most unorganized and full of excuses everytime we talked to them to get the item picked up. Would never use them again.

Unfortunately, the customer is confusing "us," the broker, with the carrier. The carrier was UPS Freight and they missed the pickup a couple times because they said the pickup location did not have the paper work. We continued to work with the customer throughout the process and ordered another freight carrier to attempt the pickup. The customer's shipment was picked up and delivered. We provided excellent customer services throughout the process despite the carrier having issues.
