Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward How can I insure a car that is registered and insured already

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This was due to ship months before- which would have worked out perfectly. It was changed to ship during the holidays, which is not advisable. Our driver ran behind due to weather and the holiday. Customer chose to use another provider. We were unreachable, because our office was closed for the holidays. That was well documented. This customer chose to go a different way, and we have an email stating that fact. Please refund her deposit.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This service provider does not have insurance to cover my vehicle during the delivery so I'm not longer comfortable using them.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The company was unreachable on the last possible day to pick up and delayed this shipment 3 days in a row. They were not able to make my scheduled delivery day and never called me back after trying to reach them countless times to inquire about the pickup. Their customer service is nonexistent and I was forced to rebook with a different company. Response from initiallogistics: This was due to ship months before- which would have worked out perfectly.
