I went 175 miles out of my way to pick this item up. I called customer when they were late. They did not pick up the phone. I had to leave to pick up a boat that was scheduled also. Sorry, your scooter wasnt the only shipment that was scheduled for that day. Customer didnt even offer to compensate for the time and fuel he wasted! Boats are my primary shipments. I didnt have time to spend the whole day in New York. Sorry. Please think about the Response from 1696n21: There was never a date specified to the pickup location, therefore they couldn't be there to meet you. I specifically noted that pickup location needed to be notified at least two days prior to arrival. Therefore, customer could not have been late, because you never said you were coming. My conversations with you were full of new dates & promises that you did not follow up on. I have to say that this transaction was COMPLETELY unprofessional. I'm just a paying customer!

He asked me to cancell it on my uship. He had different problem's when we had spoke twice. The second excuse was his motor had blown up going threw some hills? And he wont be able to ever ship again? after communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this shipper. Please help me with this. Thank you -Bob Darnell Response from wagon88: Yes it all ties in with the COLORADO ROCKIES-I was down in automatic first gear the whole way up those mountains as well as arizona--no turbo on my truck so when you are trying to pull up those MOUNTAINS--NOT--LITTLE HILLS --MOUNTAINS---15,000 PLUS ELEVATION--MY Truck could only pull in first gear at about 20 mile an hour for miles--so it started to overheat and transmission as well as engine troubles were to follow--So i suggested that it would be best and faster for him to get some one else...

After speaking to him on the phone about five times, and having TWO "firm" dates from him for pickup which he did not show-up for, he has neither arrived nor responded to my phone messages or emails. The people on the other end who sold me the goods have also tried to call him. He is definitely not holding up his end of the deal and I am certainly not comfortable with using his services any longer! Please refu Response from 29Goodwrnch: I was there to pick up the scooter. I waited for about an hour and a half from the scheduled time. Then called the cutomer and he did not answer. I had a boat sheduled for that afternoon. I already drove 175 miles out of my way. Customer didnt even say he would compensate for wasting my time and fuel. This scooter is not a main shipment. He would have to wait till I had a boat scheduled again from New York to Arizona. $275 is not going to go very far if this is the only thing im hauling.
