A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer confirmed with us on the 26th. Although the order was placed on the 24th, after business hours our time- we did not have this confirmed by the customer for pickup until the afternoon of the 26th. Meaning, we could not be expected to send a driver prior to the 26th. Customer is very tight with his timeline, and that being the case, should have confirmed this earlier with us. We will cancel the driver we sent to pickup, and we wish the customer luck on this shipment.

Read their bid agreement clearly. Upon "booking" which was July 24 which was when I accepted their bid not some "confirmed" notion to buy more time. Would not disclose who the alleged "driver" was either meaning there never was one. Don't promise something that you can't deliver.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I don't feel comfortable going forward with this shipment. I require up front payment as I have had to many problems with people and payments. I have it listed I DO NOT TAKE CHECKS but people seem to skip over payment terms and conditions and want to pay me when they want to and how they want to so I am now forced to be vey hard and fast on my rules. No payment no shipping!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shippers provisions in agreement reads pick up within 5 days of Booking not when available. Either way shipper entered agreement and not fulfilled contract terms. Booked on 7/24/12 at 4:07 CST. Technically initiallogistics has 1 hr left utilizing business days only from expiration of this cancellation request.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper is not telling the truth. I responded several times to their answering service with no returned calls. I also tried by email they had listed. It's obvious the company could not schedule this and didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Terrible business practices. I expect 100% refund not a credit.
