The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We sent a RGN trailer to pick this up, according to specs this should have been 5.8 wide. This was 4.9 wide and we couldn't get the ramps any closer to get this. This was discussed with the customer and he claimed that this was put into the listing which it wasn't added in there. Our driver left and even measured out another trailer that he could have used, but that one wouldn't work either. There was absolutely no assistance with getting this loaded up for Nathan. It wasn't for a lack of trying
