I accepted a bid from Rdnck460 after another carrier failed to delivery my shipment, despite the fact we discussed the urgency of the shipment needing to be delivered asap.
Regarding Rdnck460, they were a very friendly husband and wife team. Communicated well according to our delivery parameters. We made some last minute changes and they were very flexible. I would definitely use them again and suggest to others to do the same. They picked up, where the prior carrier fell short.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Don was great to work with. We had a difficult unload because our lifting equipment was malfunctioning. Don was patient and went beyond the call to assist us. Would use him again if the opportunity comes up.

A difficult and cumbersome load. Driver was very patient while we spent alot of time unloading. Very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use them again.

Gordon was great to work with. This was a multistop pickup with numerous complications and he got the job done with a great attitude to boot! Would definitely recommend to others.

Working with ShipAG. was everything I had hoped for. What every shipper wants is an absence of problems. Throw in a little good attitude for good measure and it makes for a good experience. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Working with Lacy was great. We had a strict deadline for delivery. The shipment arrived at the local distribution center, 40 miles away on time. However because of the holiday, the distribution center said they could not get it out to us on time. Since it was only 40 miles away, Lacy agreed to reduce the fee to compensate us for sending a pickup so we could have the shipment by our deadline. This was agreeable to us and we will definitely do business with Legionlacy again.

Received the shipment in good condition at the price agreed. Enjoyed talking with the driver. His part of the transaction was very good.

This shipper was very prompt. He delivered on time and was a real pleasure to work with. His equipment was top notch, clean, and well maintained. He kept in touch throughout the delivery process until completed. I would definitely work with him again and would recommend him to anyone else who could used his services.
