The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Said it could be towed then said would be better on trailer which I didn't have with he was right bout it needing a trailer but said tow away on the ad partly my fault as well

When this trip was delayed at the shipping point and I had to stay the night at the destination, Alex, of his own volition, booked a hotel room for me and paid for it. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item is 11'3 wide and 10.5K Lb heavy. The service provider stated over phone that he is refusing to take the load because he doesn't know how to get a permission for such loads. I found another carrier who is able to deliver it.
