communication was very awkward as person at pickup location was supposedly relaying messages and said he was in constant communication with this person at delivery location. Everything would seem fine and then Id hear from delivery location that they had no idea what was happening. Payment received in full after an awkward communication circle. Rough scenario, but would transport for again.

There was a serious lack of communication that ended up delaying (by another week!!!)my biggest client's order that was already behind, so it was sort of a BIG deal. In the end Cody saved me a lot of money and delivered fine so I am leaving positive feedback. I hope he responds more professionally in the future, it created a mountain of stress for me.

??? All communication was through the person responding to emails and phone calls at the pickup location who assured us all messages were being relayed to you at delivery location. We did not hear of any issues until the night before delivery. I did not appreciate being stuck at delivery location for hours due to your "helpers" being inexperienced and getting their forklift stuck multiple times and denting the side of my trailer. >:(

The timing was perfect and the man who dropped off was very nice and helpful getting my trailer into the right space. Excellent communication all along, Thanks!!!
